Summary Statement of Purpose
The Thin Silver Alliance was formed by Florida citizens who serve the State of Florida and their respective counties as correctional officers and detention deputies and who have a shared mission of creating equality for correctional officers (COs) and detention deputies (DDs) and their purpose is to secure representation and respect for the selfless women and men that work in corrections in the State of Florida.
